These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the En Circle mobile application (the "App"), operated by Sherar Genius, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
En Circle is a community built on generosity and good faith. To keep it safe, you agree that you will not:
Zero tolerance: there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content or block a user at any time using the in-app tools. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing content and suspending or removing offending users — typically within 24 hours. Continued violations may result in permanent removal from the App.
You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting or sending content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and deliver that content to the members you share it with, solely to operate the App. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
The App may offer optional tips and in-app purchases to support the developer. These are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and pricing is shown before you confirm. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies, purchases and tips are non-refundable. Optional tips support the continued development of the App and do not entitle you to any additional features unless expressly stated.
We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content shared by other members is accurate or appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherar Genius, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
