En Circle is a community app where members give and receive help freely — no money, just goodwill. If you have a question, run into a problem, or want to report something, we'd love to hear from you.
Common questions
- How do I join? En Circle is invite-based. Ask a current member to invite you to their circle, or request to join a discoverable circle from the Circles tab.
- How does karma work? Karma is a simple way to recognize giving within your circle. You receive some to start, earn more when you help others, and pass it forward — it is not money and has no cash value.
- Are there any fees? En Circle is free for individuals. The only optional purchase is a "tip" to support the developer, which unlocks no content or features.
- How do I report a post or user? Use the report or block option on any post, message, or profile. Reports are reviewed by circle admins.
- How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → "Delete my account." This permanently deletes your account and associated data. You may also email us to request deletion.
